I began practicing yoga when I was 17 in response to the physical health issues I was experiencing. I practiced on and off until I was 24 or so and began a dedicated practice when I was 26. At the time, I was newly sober, trying to start my life over, and deeply wounded. Every time I got on my mat, I encountered God’s healing presence.

It is this passionate belief in yoga as a spiritual discipline, a way to access the depths of our souls, that keeps me coming back and wanting to share it with others.
